No-shows and cancellations within two weeks of the meeting will be subject to a charge of $470.00, the full member rate for the meeting. Rooms in the GSO room block will be reserved for paying attendees; accommodation recommendations are provided below.

You must complete the registration form first in order to maintain your room reservation under the GSO room block. All registrants are allowed a maximum of two rooms. GSO will submit your room request to the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on your behalf within 10 days of registration. Once received, the hotel will send an email with your confirmation number(s) and a secure link to provide payment. Upon completion of the secure payment link, the reservation is deemed confirmed. Hotel rooms in the GSO room block are based on availability. Room requests will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
